XDPT103 Career Pathways

The Sophomore Career Pathways Seminar is designed to help students achieve a level of career readiness that helps them prepare for internships and full-time job opportunities. This course is one-small part of an overall institutional approach to career readiness. In this course, students will learn about the entry-level job market, employability skills in demand and explore career options of interest. Students will identify and integrate strengths-based career readiness competencies and learn how to identify and successfully secure professional-level internships and entry-level job opportunities. Students will leave this course with an understanding of how to leverage both their curricular and co-curricular potential as a career readiness strategy.
