For the part-time dietetic intern. Supervised practice in dietetics: clinical dietetics, departmental management, community nutrition, professional development, and selected concentration area. Supervised practice involves 24 hours on site weekly. Pass/fail only. Offered fall semester only. Restricted to Dietetic Internship Program Cohort.
