HA415 Strategic Planning for Heath Care Organizations

This course explores the philosophy and activities of strategic management in health services organizations. The course will cover the nature of strategic management; situational analysis; strategy development; and action plans. Students will use the knowledge they gain in the course to analyze cases and develop a strategic plan for an existing healthcare organization.
