HA430 Project Procurement Management
This course addresses the basic knowledge for procurement and project management. The focus is on processes and activities needed to acquire products, services, and outcomes needed for project success from outside the project organization. Topics covered include procurement planning, solicitation planning, solicitation, source selection, contract administration, contract closeout, legal and ethical issue, contract capacity and authority, public and private bidding processes, and dispute resolution methods.
