HA643 Leadership in International Professional Health Care Practice
This course introduces leadership, cultural, and structural strategies essential to institutionalize inter-professional practice in diverse health services settings. Students will critique the scientific and practical merit of inter-professional health practice in the health system. Emphasis will be on inter-professional leadership and organizational strategies needed to align quality improvement, cost control, and reimbursements in fee for service and outcomes based payment systems.
