JUS305 Public Safety Leadership and Supervision
This course exposes students to a broad range of ideas, commitments, ethics, theories, and concepts relating to leadership in the criminal justice profession. Topics focus on the strategies that effective leaders use to manage their employee relationships. The course stressesthe application of leadership principles to criminal justice situations and problems. A focus on Homeland Security is also included. Prerequisite: JUS101.
