WCL399 Special Topic in Spanish Profession
An advanced course designed especially for future professionals in the fields of law enforcement, health care or business. Emphasis is on conversation and writing using specialized vocabulary and stuctures needed for situations related to these different professional environments. The course includes discussion of cultural dimensions that contribute to communication. Pre-requisite: Students must demonstrate at least the intermediate level of profiency in Spanish either by successfully completing WCL201SPA and WCL202SPA or by demonstrating that proficieny through a placement test.
