CHEM113 Introduction to Forensic Science Techniques
2 credits. This laboratory course focuses on crime scene investigation and evidence analysis. Activities may include but are not limited to collection and preservation of evidence, trace analysis (fiber, glass, inks, etc.), blood and drug testing, identification of fingerprints and arson accelerates, as well as DNA profiling. Class meets 2 hours a week. Co-requisite CSE220M CSI at CSE or equivalent.
