REL200MP Leadership Skills & Competencies
In order to become an effective leader in ministry there is a recognizable need to develop certain skills and competencies. The need for culturally specific abilities and an informed understanding of the realities of the Church in the US provide for another challenge to leaders seeking to work with the Hispanic people. This course will address the skills, abilities, sensitivities and challenges that arise in ministry to Hispanics in the Catholic Church in the US especially in a mixed cultural setting.
