REL215MP Pastoral Leadership
Beginning with Vatican II documents, this course will provide a basis in Ecclesiology with an emphasis on the three models of church leadership used in Hispanic Ministry in the US Church: Collaborative Leadership (Pastoral de Conjunto), Missionary Option ( Mision Continental) and Servant Leadership ( Liderazgo Servicial). Challenges in the application of these models in Latin America and the US will be reviewed in an effort to discern what components may apply to the present pastoral reality
