THEO609 Scriptural Interpretation

The course provides an overview of the history of biblical interpretation including contemporary trends in biblical scholarship. The course may cover such topics as the relationship between scriptural interpretation and theology, the use of scripture in Church documents, and the application of the meaning of scripture in today’s world.
