THEO617 Theological Foundations

This course will present the discipline and practices of theologythrough a study of the foundations of theological thought andformulation; faith and grace, revelation and its transmission,experience, the magisterium, and their proper use in theologicalmethod. In addition, attention will be given to the influence ofhistorical, social and cultural contexts on the development oftheological thought.
