ED250 Integration of Curriculum Instruction & Behavior Management

This seminar integrates the study of classroom behavior management and curriculum instruction using classroom seminars, the evaluation of case studies, and observation in inclusive, general education, and special education early childhood, elementary, middle and high school settings. Appropriate use of materials and teaching techniques will focus on the academic, social and adaptive domains of instruction to effectively enhance collaborative instruction in inclusive settings and to facilitate a co-teaching model. Field Experience is required. Transportation to the field setting is the responsibility of the student. Prerequisites: Ed 101, ED 105, PSY 251 or special permission of the Education Chairperson.
