THEO600 Intro to Theology
This course introduces students to the discipline and practices oftheology, broadly understood. It includes a brief overview ofimportant theological vocabulary,ways of viewing the Bible asboth a devotional and scholarly text, and key elements that characterizeethical, theological, and other academic arguments. Thecourse begins with a consideration of how theology is shaped byand shapes the social location in which it is practiced.
