THEO627 Catholic Moral Theology

This course will present the foundations of Christian moral theology, particularly as understood within the Roman Catholic tradition; scripture, magisterium, and the lived faith experience of believers. Attention will be given to various moral methodologies, the influence of Vatican II and questions concerning grace, sin, and conscience and natural law.
