EDAS707 Strategic Planning & Institutional Improvement
This course will provide focused instruction on strategic planning and the natural resistance to organizational change. The role of strategic planning in educational institutions and its relationship to institutional improvement and effectiveness will be explored. Approaches to implementation of strategic plans designed to address institutional goals will also be discussed as well as practical knowledge for instituting and enhancing an organization’s strategic planning.
