EDAS708 Student Affairs

The purpose of this course is to provide candidates with a general overview of student affairs which includes legal and ethical foundations of practice, the changing campus environment, outcomes assessment, planning, budgeting and staffing. By taking this course, candidates will be preparing themselves to be knowledgeable and informed about key areas of practice within student affairs including, but not limited to: athletics, residence life, student engagement, experiential learning, health and wellness and student conduct.
