EDAS768 Policy Making & Leadership in Higher Education

This course will explore the role of leadership at the postsecondary level from a historical and conceptual context. Organizational theories, models, and policies, along with governance, and leadership from different perspectives will be investigated. Ethical practice and leadership behavior theory will be the basis of the course.
