AMST305 American Studies JR Sem

This course encourages junior-year American Studies majors to extend, deepen, and amplify their understanding of U.S. life, institutions, and culture, while integrating the interdisciplinary perspectives they have acquired from prior coursework. This will be accomplished through a series of readings, drawn from both subjects within the chosen Concentrations, and through writing assignments developed to accommodate and support each student’s strongest subjects of academic interest. Prerequisites: AMST 101 and junior status.
