DM617 Advertising and Graphic Design for the Web and Digital Media
Students will study the most effective designs and advertisements for web business and will be trained to conceptualize and design for ads, images, banners and visual content on Digital Media sites, websites and blogs. Emphasis will be placed on how visual and written elements affect consumer interest, marketing strategies, business operations and intended messages. Differences between non-profit, for-profit, governmental and individual concerns will be considered. Required: 3 credits
