EDAS681 Supervision of Instruction
This course will provide opportunities for the educator to becomefamiliar with the following supervisory behaviors in order toimprove instruction: approaches utilized in successful supervisorypractice, the human elements in supervision and change and thesupervisor.Students will demonstrate and apply knowledge otherthan research thatmay impact upon supervisory behavior.Utilizing knowledge gained fromprofessional literature and fieldbasedresearch, students will identify ways in which knowledge ofsupervisory behavior can be applied to improve and evaluateinstruction.
