FN613 Simulated and Experiental Learning in Community Nutrition

An examiniation in community nutrition education and programs. Simulated assignments in Child Nutrition, WIC and cultural competence increase cultural competence. Students complete 60 hours of experiental learning. Restricted to the MS in Nutrition/Dietetic Internship Cohort.
