JUS231 Criminal Procedure
Criminal procedure is the study of the various procedural rules required by the Constitution and statutes in criminal cases. The concepts of probable cause, lawful interrogation, search andseizure and other requirements of due process, as well as how these are implemented, will be included. The course will also include what the impact of the war on terror has had on the Constitution and due process. Prerequisite:
