PC630 Spiritual Care and Elderly People
This course builds on the theoretical and conceptual content of PC 610. Using that knowledge as a foundation, students will explore ways to help adults enhance their quality of life and well-being. It explores the needs of older people for pastoral and spiritual care, and addresses ways of working with older people across the health-illness continuum. Students will be prepared to work effectively in a variety of settings and within the multicultural/multifaith dimensions of aging and aged care. Pre-requisites: PC 610
