PSY701 Social Aspects of Behavior

This course provides a comparative analysis of the major theories of social psychology and the empirical research supporting those theories. Central theories of social psychology are covered in depth such as; social learning, person perception, attitudes and attitude changem group dynamics, and social structure. Areas of social psychology that align with our program-specefic competency of social justice are emphasized. These areas include bias, discriminiation, and prejudice.
