BUS601 Human Resource Management

This course provides an understanding of the human resource operation and current corporate, public, private and non-profit practices in the field. Students will identify and explore common human resource procedures, policies, best practices, and problems. Topics include: human resources, job analysis and design, recruitment and selection; training and development; career planning; labor relations; and human resources as a strategic partner. Case studies will be utilized.
