EDAS709 Leadership Management of K-12 Schools and Systems
This course explores the leadership mechanisms of public, charter, and private school operations. Topics will include staffing, marketing research, building partnerships, and fund raising. The course will also examine the skills necessary to work effectively with authorizers of the charter and private schools and other community groups that are critical to the success of a charter or private school.
