Professional communications, motivational interviewing and nutrition counseling skills, applied evidence based research skills, leadership and entry level practice skills are emphasized. Students complete 196 hours of simulated and experiental learning. Restricted to the MS in Nutrition/Dietetic Internship Cohort.
