PA671 Foundations of Critical Thinking and Clinical Decision Making
This is the first of an on-going series designed to instruct the student in the use of critical thinking skills to effectively evaluate patients and provide quality patient care. A team-based learning approach is used to support the development of critical thinking skills necessary for the practice of medicine. Decision making theory and the process of developing a differential diagnosis is introduced.Pre-requisite: Matriculation into the PA Program
