PSY653 Multicultural Counseling
This course will focus on the role of culture in counseling and theskills necessary for counselors to work effectively in our contemporary,culturally pluralistic world. Students will study issues andconcepts of cross-cultural counseling common tomost culturallydifferent groups in the United States, as well as study guidelinesandmethods for counseling specificminority groups. Prerequisite:PSY 633.
