A study of the biblical literature of the earliest Christian communities to encounter the person of Jesus, the norm and model of Christian life, through study and reflection on the books of the New or Second Testament – on their formation and context, including what they meant in their own historical context and what they mean for us today. Satisfies Cluster 4 General Education requirement.
