ART119 Intro to Photography
The theory, practice, technique and technology of still photography both in black and white and in color are studied by hands-on use of a 35 mm SLR digital camera and by research into the history of documentary and fine art photography. Students will study composition, lighting, exposure, control and other features while creating photographic projects. Emphasis will also be on learning and using Adobe Photoshop to correct and enhance digital photographs.
