A study of the standards and procedures associated with the independent examination of financial statements THIS IS SPELLED WRONG IN SS and the legal and ethical responsibilities of the auditor is the focus of this course. Prerequisites: BUS100 Introduction to Business, BUS242 Principles of Accounting I, BUS243 Principles of Accounting II, BUS247 Intermediate Accounting I and BUS249 Intermediate Accounting II Student must be junior/senior status, or receive permission from the Director or Chair of the Program
