BUS325 Sport Sales and Promotion

This course examines the key components of sales and promotion in the sport industry. The course will introduce the steps of the sales process and explore fundamental topics including ticket sales, sponsorships, sales training & management, branding, advertising, merchandising and distribution, public relations, social media and customer relationship management (CRM). Prerequisites: BUS100, Introduction to Business, BUS110 Introduction to Sport Management, BUS215 Principles of Marketing, BUS315 Sport Marketing - Student must be junior/senior status, or receive permission from the Director or Chair of the Program
