BUS325 Sport Sales and Promotion

This course examines the key components of sales and promotion in the sport industry. The course will introduce the steps of the sales process and explore fundamental topics including ticket sales, sponsorships, sales training & management, branding, advertising, merchandising and distribution, public relations, social media and customer relationship management (CRM). Student must be junior/senior status, or receive permission from the Director or Chair of the Program
