BUS601 Human Resource Management
Human Resource Management (3) This course provides an understanding of the human resource operation and current corporate, public, private and non-profit practices in the field. Students will identify and explore common human resource procedures, polices, best practices, and problems. Topics include: human resources, job analysis and design, recruitment and selection; training and development; career planning; labor relations; and human resources as a strategic partner. Casestudies will be utilized.
