ED601 Education & Human Services Settings
This course will examine the historical, philosophical, and cultural roots of education and human services settings, and their bureaucratic/social structures. In addition, an introduction to education as a profession will be included. Instructional modes will include lecture, discussion, and case study-based projects. A minimum of ten hours of clinical experience in a K-12 setting is required. Co-requisite: ED 603.
