EDAS724 The Adult Learner
This course will provide an exploration of adult learners through key theories and concepts related to adult learners, and practices that are appropriate for meeting the needs of adult learners. This course is designed to be an adult learning experience. Students will have opportunities to experience and reflect on adult learning in real-time and think about how what they are learning will impact their current/future roles engaging adult learners and leading organizations.
