ENG239 Women's Literature: A Different Voice

An examination of diverse women’s voices as they have created their own literary tradition: its history, styles, themes, and structures of writing, with a particular focus on how women’s lived experiences have influenced their written works. Course reading includes literary selections by women authors from a variety of cultures. 3 credits
