PSY405 Seminar in International Cultural Issues in Psychology

The course focuses on the history, status, and future directions of scientific and professional psychology throughout the world. It requires reading about, discussing, and writing about the relatively new specialty area of international psychology. This course will introduce psychology students and others to psychology around the world. In addition, the course focuses on understanding how principles of psychology can be utilized to confront and resolve global problems and conflicts. This course is open only to Psychology Majors and Minors. Pre-Requisites: PSY100, PSY200, PSY201, PSY230/230L
