AHS302 Healthcare Performance and Quality Improvement
This introductory course covers the latest trends in healthcare performance and quality improvement. It provides an overview of the knowledge and skills needed to improve the quality of both clinical and patient service processes. Topics include foundational principles of quality management as well as case studies in quality management, process improvement, patient experience, patient safety, and performance improvement.
