CS625 Data Mining
The course covers fundamental concepts and techniques in data mining, text mining and web mining. Key topics include classification, regression, association rules, cluster analysis, natural language processing, and recommendation systems. Through hands-on experience, students work with current tools, packages, and libraries to navigate the full data mining process from initial data exploration and understanding, preprocessing and wrangling, to exploratory data analysis, data modeling and interpretation of results.
