BUS236 Business Law II

This course continues the study of the U.S. legal system as it relates to business issues. Students will study negotiable instruments, bailment relationships, partnership law, corporate law and bankruptcy law. Cases illustrating the principles of the law being studied will be used. Articles 3 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code will be reviewed. Prerequisite: BUS235 Business Law I
