JUS221 Criminal Law

Criminal Law is the study of the major felonies including murder, robbery, rape, arson, burglary, assault and battery and larceny, as well as the defenses of insanity, incapacity, and immaturity. The course will also include a study of the specific intent crimes, general intent, the concept of actus reus, and the impact the war on terror has had on the Constitution and due process. Prerequisite: JUS101.
