MUS123 Great Performers of the Western World
Introduction to the world's great performers and their unique gifts to music history as conductors, pianists, solo instrumentalists, and opera or oratorio singers. Presentation and study of historic recordings as these become increasingly available through CD technology. Attendance at a musical performance or concert is required; students will participate in a field trip to New York City. Satisfies Cluster 1 General Education requirement.
