M.S. in Management: Specialization in Organizational Change
Program Overview
The M.S. in Management consists of 10 courses with a total of 30 credits, and is offered in both traditional and online tracks. The program offers a choice of specialization in either Human Resource Management or Organizational Change Management, combining advanced study in current trends and best practices with a competency-based curriculum. Taught from a leadership perspective, this experiential program prepares graduates to change or advance careers, compete in industry trends, and manage evolving organizational environments. Students who graduate from the M.S. in Management program are equipped to succeed and lead in a variety of career opportunities in corporate, government, non-profit, and private organizations.
Current Saint Elizabeth University undergraduates (of any major) may streamline their entry into the M.S. in Management program by taking advantage of the Combined Degree Program. It is open to SEU undergraduates who meet the academic criteria, and no GRE or GMAT exam is required. Undergraduate students may take up to three graduate courses which count as general electives, which may enable them (upon completion of their undergraduate degree) to complete their master's degree in less than 12-15 months.
Outcomes
Students who complete the M.S. in Management program will:

Transfer Credit Policy
Transfer of credits into the M.S. in Management: Specialization in Organizational Change is subject to evaluation and approval by the program Director. All graduate transfer credits must carry a minimum 3.0 grade on a 4.0 scale. A maximum of nine credits can be accepted in transfer.
