Post Masters Certificate in Nursing Education

This certificate program prepares MSN-prepared nurses to assume leadership roles in both academic and clinical teaching environments. Students develop the expertise to design, implement, and evaluate high-quality, evidence-based nursing education programs. The curriculum integrates advanced concepts from nursing, science, and related disciplines with training in innovative teaching strategies, curriculum development, and student evaluation. Aligned with national nursing education standards, the program also prepares graduates to sit for the Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) exam through the National League for Nursing (NLN). Upon completing the 9-credit program, graduates will be ready to lead nursing education in universities, hospitals, and community health organizations.
