Minor in Accounting

A minor in Accounting provides students with a concentrated study in Accounting. The minor allows students to obtain knowledge and practical skills in the accounting field that will provide them an opportunity to improve career prospects by developing a broad overview of different accounting topics including financial, managerial, taxation, auditing and more. Additionally, the minor provides a strong foundation for students preparing to enter graduate programs in accounting, business and law. This minor must be completed simultaneously with a major degree program at the University.
